[digital_astro] blocky image in IE?

IE will auto resize an image to fit your screen, and
when it does, the results can be ugly. You have 3
choices

- always downsize your image size with photoshop or
whatever to fit your maximum size screen
- roll the mouse over the bottem rigth corner of the
image, and an icon appears what lets you expand the
image to full size in IE, and then you have to use the
scroll bars to move it around to see it all
- change the default behavior of IE (tools - internet
options - advanced)

For the challenge entries, I suggest everyone downsize
their image to ~1000x800, since I think some viewers
are not aware of this problem and hence will see your
entries as blocky.
