Work, weather and other stuff have kept me from the astro hobby waay
too much recently, checking in to lurk from time to time but no
contributions for a while .. hoping to change that soon.
Last night a casual glance down the street sent me scrambling for the
camera, lens and tripod (and battery and memory card dang!) and
setting up in the middle of the street. The neighbors have written me
off as a wackjob years ago anyway, so what the heck.
Now here's an observation, wonder who else sees this (and what I'm
missing viewing others' images): When I look at this image in IP,
ACDSee, or Photoshop, it's quite smooth -- natural since it had
little processing. When I look at it in IE from my Web host, it's all
blocky. What's all this then? I'm running IE6.
Anyways, here's the image FWIW. And, a happy Thanksgiving to all the
USA contingent!
