I'm getting set up to go beyond my piggyback stuff. At last I
have a G11 mount, 10D camera, C8 OTA, visual back, T ring, variable
tele-extender. This is my question: do I need yet another adaptor,
the T-adaptor, as well as the tele-extender? I should mention that
the variable tele-extender comes to focus on my scope without an
eyepiece; at least it focuses on very distant hills during the daylight.
haven't had the weather to try it at night, yet. another thirty bucks
down the tube (pun intended) or can I try out the rig I've got right
now and see how it goes?
thanks
