Dave, your 885 may have had too many exposure/focusing
options but I don't think that it is going to get any easier
without those settings, used or not. There are some of the
settings on my 880 that have never been used but I know that
they are there. I guess the 885 is/was a 3 megapixel
camera. I recommend that you not go below that. Since you
are taking votes, here are mine:
CP 3100 3mp, $300 at

I would bet that before Christmas you will be able to get
the 5400 for closer to 500 than 700. I envy you. It would
be nice to be going out and buying a new camera.
