What kind of shutter speed are you getting? Could it be camera shake
because of slow shutter speed?

Unpredictably, pictures just don't turn out to be in focus, despite
confirmation that the camera has successfully focussed. Can't pinpoint
any common factor amongst these disappointing 'failures' (eg landscapes,
portraits, auto or manual mode). Can anyone identify with this?
