Correct, not enough time to get one. My wife has a Speedlight for
her F4 but it's not compatible with the 995...besides she will be
using it.

You're correct. I was planning to force maximum aperture (for
maximum flash range) but the flash sensor underexposes due to wedding
whites reflecting so much light back. I tried several pictures last
night and Program definitely worked better than Aperture. Hopefully
the ambient lighting will be such that I can use a tripod to minimize
the number of flash pictures...not good for candids however. BTW, my
wife was a professional travel photojournalist for about 10 years and
she said her F4's Program mode was hard to beat for candid
shots...looks like the same holds true for the 995...especially for a
newbie like me.

Buying a spare Duracell 245/2CR5 today in addition to 2 fully charged
EN-EL1's.
