To 4300 users,
I do not own one, but a friend does. I am used to using a 950 and a 995.
When I handled the 4300 at a wedding reception, I was going to take an
indoor shot of the owner with a friend. I was amazed at the slow focusing
speed of the camera. I missed the posed shot because of it.
I have since checked the camera and find that it takes about 5 seconds to
get AF confirmation. The 995 is on the order of 2 seconds.
I do not have the camera, but I have asked the owner to check settings or
such to verify the focusing speed.
Does your 4300 take 5 seconds for focus confirmation?
Thanks,
César
