  Since you've had so little response to your requests, it's obvious I'm not
the only one having a hard time understanding your problem.

  - I still don't understand what "resorting" is.
  - Can you provide a link directly to a GOOD and BAD picture?

  I'm not sure if you're trying to say the Canon performed better...but if
the Canon A60 does do a better job than the Nikon, why not simply use the
Canon instead?

  And a suggestion...please find someone who speaks better English to help
explain your difficulty. I'm sure one of the group members will have a
solution for you.

I send my camera in Nikon for test because this camera Coolpix 4500
was not greet for aurora picture. I touk aurora picture in last week

in section last picture) Whit Cannon Power shot A 60 and my coleg
took this aurora whit $500 ( he was in dark sky) and y was not
lightnes aurora and me in the city i was greet result. The colpix
4500 was probleme whit resorting color of aurora and i not have this
probleme at Coolpix 995. The nikon 4500 was very dificult tou manuel
focus and balance of color. If one people on this list was same
