Gang -
I've got a 4300 and I'm trying to get some large TIFF images on it. But
according to the convoluted instructions in the otherwise decent manual, it
says something like I can't set the Img. Qual. to "HI" in the SETUP menu, but
that's virtually the only place I can control it. There's some other description
called the "SHOOTING MENU" but that's what I'm using. Whatever the case,
I'm unable to set it to "HI" and I can't get uncompressed TIFFS. I'm also having
some trouble trying to figure out how to change the exposure and shutter
speed. Again, there's options here, the manual explains it, but the camera
doesn't seem to allow me to alter these settings. Go figure.
Any ideas? Glad I found this though. Lots of good resources here.
best...
