Hi Roberta,
Nikon makes a superb wide angle lens for the Coolpix line of camera -
the Nikon WC-E63. It has front threads to attach 72 mm filters.
Most quality filter manufactures offer 72mm size warming filters.
The Nikon telephoto lens (TCE-3ED) also takes 72mm filters.
