Anyone else have there's. I'm just basically looking for the other areas

How did these lowband vhf freqs. fair out for distance?
I've never have heard Military down there. Only MNR Fire Ch. 19 (corrected) 47.07 with a strong signal.
I would tend to think more would be on VHF High (Air) for anything airwise.
I'll try these ones that are suggested more towards later spring and summer when I get my outdoor antenna up on the roof.
I already have the VHF High (Air) listed on that canairradio website. But haven't heard much.
I also have arrivals/depart freqs. for Ottawa-Pembroke/Petawawa routes.

btw, the last two questions took a couple of days to get to the list. I wonder why such a delay.

I camped in the east end of Algonquin Park last summer.
Try 49.900 for the CFB Petawawa Military Range Control.
Try 278.500 as well as vhf aero for the Pembroke airport Air Traffic
Control.
Search www.canairradio.com for more on that.
I also remember seeing a listing of 40.900? for local Canadian Forces
There have to be some more in the VHF low band like 49.900 though.
I have also seen a listing in another directory for 163.050 for base
ops.

Glen
Oshawa.
