Sorry, my mistake. I'm looking for a .txt manual for the Pro2046, not the Pro 2040 as mentioned earlier.

CB USED to have potential but since everyone abuses it it is no
longer accepted as a meaningful way to communicate although it is
still fun at times. With morons and skip, forget it. FRS is fun to
use, a fun way to do birding, a fun way to communicate and my T6310
has weather alert that, although is not as good as my scanner, is
also neat to have. But it is not immune to the hooligans that plague
CB. People paging for no reason, others being stupid. It happens.
And the problem of kids treating it as a toy. I still maintain it as
a tool, not a toy.

I'm trying to sell this radio for a friend of mine, and I wouldn't mind finding a .txt manual of this radio.

Is anyone able to provide this. Haven't been able to find one online. I'll eventually be putting it on eBay I think.

Anyone in this group ever used this radio? Like does it work well
with trunker? How is the front end does it suffer from interference?
Any other tips cause it pretty cheap at Radio World.

Thanks, Joe

I have two. Great radio. I bought the second one from Radioworld because the
front end is really clean and I was impressed how free of spurious responses
it was. Have never usd it with trunker. Use it with Spectrum Manager. And
yes, the price is right!

Do you run trunker because it would be real easy to test. If you do
set the line command

TRACKSCAN=PCR1000. It will also give you the option have having two
more trunk tracking receivers!
