Thanks for your input -- yes it looks like a digital video recorder is part
of the answer to getting better images BUT, like you, Im always a bit short
of "spare" money and I think I will have a bit of a job convincing my wife
that I need it desperately. From answers to my questions received from the
VIDEO ASTRONOMY group it would appear that I also need a better capture card
so again its that elusive item called MONEY.
