Hi All,

Here's a mosaic I made on Saturday, of the 'Leo Trio' - three galaxies, M65,
M66 and NGC3628. The mosaic is made from 110x10s exposures, taken with the
1004x in 2x1 binned mode at prime focus of my 6" F/5 Newtonian. Preprocessed
with AVIDark, mosaic made with iMerge, rotated, cropped and final processing
in PaintshopPro.

All the panning around for the mosaic was done manually, and I was worried
about getting 'lost' in the area between the galaxies where there were not
many stars. Fortunately it all fitted together OK in the end! I think longer
exposures would have helped to improve the s/n ratio, but on the whole I'm
pretty happy with this image.

Clear Skies,
Jon.
