I've run both the original version (circa 1997) and the current one updated
for XP on two different computers - and use the files interchangeably.
You said "MCH" files. Are your files named with an UPPER CASE suffix ?
All of my PCR1K freq files end with a lower case ".mch"
This should not matter - it doesn't seem to with other Win and XP based
software like word (.doc and .DOC)...
If they are UPPER CASE, it might be worth a shot changing one to a lower
case ".mch"

Subject: [PCR-1000] Inputting freq.'s
Hi Folks,
I have found several MCH files to input into the PCR 1000 but I cannot get
the Icom program ( the latest one for win XP) to be able to see the files
when put into the PCR 1000 folder.
Any ideas?
