What do you mean?
Did the pcr1k work after you got it back from Icom?
Or dont you know if it worked because of the extraction
of eeprom data, and it was "corrupted" when you tested it?

The settings are "unique" for each reciever, its about
configuration of the hardware... or "fine tune" settings.
I dont know if anyone have the exact information on what
each value in the eeprom does (if anyone does, please mail
them to the list or to me)?

Ehr? What do you mean by that? Does it look okay, or
does it look fubared? And what exactly is your current problem
that you relate to a corrupt eeprom?
When my eeprom got f--ed the bandscope was telling me that the
freq was stronger "up the band"... so in autofreq it just wandered
upwards. And i noticed a big loss in sensitivity.
