Hi Albert. To be honest, I really don't know if there is one out there for
the Ipaq. I know programmers are doing incredible stuff with the Ipaq for
the general aviation industry. GPS, Moving maps, etc.
I would think that since the Ipaq is running a WindowsCE OS, (I think) it
wouldn't be that hard to port something over to the Ipaq.
I would love to write one, But as of right now, I've only written for the
Palm. That, and of right now, I don't have an Ipaq.

I would try a Google search and see what I come up with.
