The local pager problem I referred to in a previous thread is mentioned in http://www.g4loe.freeserve.co.uk/receptio.htm amongst very many others. I guess its also possible that theres a PC processor bus at 133Mhz close by ?
A solution for the home constructor may be found at David Taylors excellent site

Of course, one of the many receivers built specifically for the job might be best, if a lttle more expensive !!!

Timestep have a complete system solution, but one element worth considering is a head-end amplifier built specifically for this job - with filtering etc. I have no idea if this will be good enough for your local conditions of course.

APT 137 Preamplifier
This preamplifier has 3 separate functions. The first to increase the sensitivity of the receiver so that you can receive low passes if you want to. The second to recover the loss of the co-ax cable. And the third is to provide extra RF filtering which is achieved by an additional 3 tuned circuits. The preamplifier fits directly underneath the polar antenna.
Hope this helps
