PCR Problem

Just looking for some feedback on this, but my PCR1000 seems to be deaf.
When I tune to a local FM station (the most powerful in the area) it
comes through as if it were DX. I haven't messed with it electronically
but have (perhaps too much) messed with the EEPROM. Any guidance that
can shared would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you have lost the settings of the PCR. Time for an EEPROM
Backup (you have one right).

This happened to mine about 6 months ago - and despite going back to Icom
UK - it is still rubbish.
