SubjectiPAQ 3600 Series

Hi All,
I hope this has not been answered before, but here goes. Is it possible to run the PCR-1000 on one of these pocket PC's? If so, what program would be best, can I use either Probe or Talk PCR? Any help will definitely be appreciated.
Thx
Bruce

It wasn't because we weren't listening, it is just because we didn't have
anything to say.
So far no Pocket PC program for the PCR. There is a Palm program, but not a
PocketPC one.
Finally, Probe and TalkPCR don't run on the PocketPC.
They are both fine programs when run on an Intel PC.
Good luck.

Any info on the palm program? I just got a Palm Tungsten T and
I'd live to be able to use it with my PCR1000.

Actually not that utd, 3 years old. I've used it, kinda buggy, might have
just been me though. Was trying on my Palm III which is only machine I have
a serial cable for. Might work better on my Clie N760 or NX60 (or not at
all?)
I stumbled upon another similar program, have not tried it yet, have an
email out to the developer, as yet unanswered. I will happily email it
direct to anyone who wants, or post somewhere.

Tom

Is it just me (and too much caffiene) or do other people still think
that trimming replies/headers/footers is actually a Good Thing?

It only took me a few seconds to prune this behemoth, and I run Pine
under a Unix Shell account over a dial-up line.

You folks are aware that, in many countries where this list is read, the
poor Listmembers are charged *by the byte* by their ISP....?

  Please Trim Your Replies!!!

Sorry about that Chief.
This is one of those things that lately has been falling under my lazy/"I
don't care" threshold.
For the last couple of years I have been too lazy to cut the old stuff out
so I just left it in.
I agree that having 50 "PCR-1000 mailing list" lines at the end isn't
helpful, and I will try to cut them out the next time I provide another
useful, on-topic reply to this list.

Albert,
Absolutely no responses, I am kind of surprised that no one had any ideas or
experience with this.
Thx
Bruce

  Hi All,
I hope this has not been answered before, but here goes. Is it possible
to
run the PCR-1000 on one of these pocket PC's? If so, what program would
be
best, can I use either Probe or Talk PCR? Any help will definitely be
  appreciated.
  Thx
  Bruce
